Free over $100. US shipping only.

Shipping costs

Orders over $100 ship free. Anything under is a flat $15. We only ship within the US right now.

Delivery timelines

Orders go out our door within 1 to 2 business days, then take another 5 to 10 business days to land at yours. Plan on roughly 6 to 12 business days total.

You'll get a tracking email the moment your order leaves our warehouse. If it's been more than 3 business days and you haven't seen one, email care@kinsora.co and we'll dig in.

International shipping

Not yet. Right now we only ship to addresses within the US. International is on our list.

Changes or cancellations

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually adjust it. Email care@kinsora.co as soon as you can and we'll do our best.

If your piece arrives damaged

That shouldn't happen, and we're sorry if it did. Send us a photo at care@kinsora.co within 2 days of delivery and we'll replace it on us.
