Where we ship
We ship to every destination currently available in our checkout. If you can select your country at checkout, your order ships free.

Delivery timelines
Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout and may vary by destination.

You'll get a tracking email the moment your order leaves our warehouse. If it's been more than 3 business days and you haven't seen one, email care@kinsora.co and we'll dig in.

Changes or cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually adjust it. Email care@kinsora.co as soon as you can and we'll do our best.

If your piece arrives damaged
That shouldn't happen, and we're sorry if it did. Send us a photo at care@kinsora.co within 2 days of delivery and we'll replace it on us.
