Kinsora LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Kinsora," "us," "we," "our," or "Company") created this Privacy Policy to apply to information collected through this website (https://kinsora.co) and all digital assets contained or offered therein ("Website"), our mobile messaging program ("Messaging Program"), and through any offline activities (collectively, our "Services"), except as described below. Sensitive Information. We may need to collect or process Information that is deemed "sensitive information" or "sensitive data" under certain laws. We may process the following categories of sensitive information when you use our Services:

  • Payment Information including debit or credit card information in combination with any required security or access code collected for purpose of processing payment for our products or Services.

When required by applicable law, Kinsora will collect consent prior to processing certain categories of sensitive Information.

B. Information We May Automatically Collect About You

Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Kinsora ("we," "us," "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit kinsora.co. It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your choices for controlling them.

Please read this policy alongside our Privacy Policy for a full picture of how we handle your information.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as your preferences, items in your cart, and login session — and help us understand how the site is being used.

"Similar technologies" includes things like web beacons, pixels, local storage, and device fingerprinting. For simplicity, we use the word "cookies" throughout this policy to cover all of them.

Cookies can be:

  • First-party — set directly by kinsora.co
  • Third-party — set by services we partner with (analytics, advertising, customer support, etc.)
  • Session cookies — temporary, deleted when you close your browser
  • Persistent cookies — stay on your device for a set period or until you delete them

Categories of cookies we use

1. Strictly necessary cookies
These are essential for the site to function. They power your shopping cart, the checkout process, secure account login, and basic site security. The site won't work properly without them, so you can't opt out of these through our consent banner — but you can block them at the browser level (which will break the cart).

2. Performance and analytics cookies
These help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages get the most traffic, how long people spend on each page, where they drop off in the checkout flow — so we can keep improving the experience. The data is aggregated and doesn't personally identify you to us.

3. Functional cookies
These remember choices you've made (such as currency, language, or items in your wishlist) so the site feels familiar on your next visit.

4. Marketing and advertising cookies
These track your activity across kinsora.co and other websites to deliver ads and email content that are more relevant to your interests. They're how we show you a Kinsora ad on Instagram after you've browsed our site, for example. You can opt out of these through our cookie consent banner or through the controls below.

Third-party services we use

The following providers set cookies on our site to help us run our store, understand our visitors, and reach the right audience. Each provider has its own privacy and cookie policies governing how it processes the data it collects.

  • Shopify — our ecommerce platform. Powers the storefront, cart, checkout, and order management. (Shopify's cookie policy)
  • Klaviyo — email and SMS marketing. Captures signups, sends transactional and promotional emails, and helps us measure email engagement. (Klaviyo's privacy notice)
  • Meta Pixel — Facebook and Instagram. Tracks site activity for ad targeting and conversion measurement on Meta's platforms. (Meta's data policy)
  • Google Analytics — site analytics. Helps us measure traffic, behavior, and conversion rates. (Google's privacy policy)
  • Google Ads — search and display advertising. Tracks ad-driven conversions and supports retargeting on Google's ad network. (Google Ads & cookies)
  • TikTok Pixel — TikTok advertising. Tracks site activity to measure ad performance and enable retargeting on TikTok. (TikTok's privacy policy)
  • Judge.me — product review platform. Stores cookies related to review submissions and displays. (Judge.me's privacy policy)

This list reflects our current setup. If we add or remove services, we'll update this policy.

Your choices and controls

Cookie consent banner
The first time you visit kinsora.co, you'll see a banner letting you accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences anytime by clearing your cookies and reloading the site, or by emailing us at care@kinsora.co.

Browser settings
Every modern browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies. Here are direct links to the cookie-management pages for popular browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Apple Safari
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge

Note: blocking all cookies may break parts of the site, including the cart, checkout, and account login.

Mobile advertising IDs
On a phone or tablet, you can opt out of personalized advertising in your device's privacy settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Allow Apps to Request to Track (off)
  • Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID

Industry opt-outs
You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at once through these industry tools:

  • Digital Advertising Alliance (U.S.)
  • Your Online Choices (EU/UK)
  • Network Advertising Initiative

Do Not Track signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that signals your preference not to be tracked. There is no universal standard for how websites should respond to DNT, and most analytics tools do not distinguish based on this signal. We honor DNT requests where required by law; otherwise we recommend using the browser, mobile, and industry opt-outs described above.

Your rights under GDPR (EU/UK visitors)

If you visit our site from the European Union or United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR give you specific rights over your personal data, including:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you
  • The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
  • The right to erase your data ("right to be forgotten") in certain situations
  • The right to restrict or object to our processing of your data
  • The right to data portability — receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal
  • The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

For non-essential cookies, our legal basis for processing is your consent. For strictly necessary cookies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a functional website.

To exercise any of these rights, email care@kinsora.co and we'll respond within 30 days.

Your rights under CCPA (California residents)

If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, opt out of its "sale" (we do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but tracking via marketing cookies may qualify as a "share" under California law), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email care@kinsora.co to submit a request.

Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated by email to subscribers and through a banner on the site.

Mobile Terms of Service

Last updated: June 3, 2026

The Kinsora mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Kinsora ("Kinsora," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Kinsora's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Kinsora through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Kinsora. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (888) 266-6583 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Kinsora mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

For Service support or assistance, text HELP to +1 (888) 266-6583 or email hunter@kinsora.co.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

We respect your right to privacy. To see how we collect and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
