Shipping & Delivery
Orders over $100 ship free. Anything under is a flat $15. We only ship within the US right now.
Orders go out our door within 1 to 2 business days, then take another 5 to 10 business days to land at yours. So plan on roughly 6 to 12 business days total.
You'll get a tracking email the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Not yet. Right now we only ship to addresses in the US. International is on our list.
You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships. If it's been more than 3 business days and you haven't seen one, reach out and we'll dig in.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually adjust it. Contact us as soon as you can and we'll do our best.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to decide if it's a keeper. If it isn't, return or exchange it for a full refund or store credit. Whichever you'd prefer.
Yes. If you're inside the 30-day window, we send you a prepaid label and cover the return shipping. No catch.
Head to our Contact Us page with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label and walk you through the rest.
Yep. Different size, different metal, totally different piece, we'll swap it within the 30-day window. Contact us and we'll sort it.
Once we have your return in hand, refunds go back to your original payment in 3 to 5 business days. Sometimes your bank takes another day or two to post the credit.
All unworn pieces within the 30-day window are eligible for a return or exchange. Free gifts you got with your order can stay with you — no need to send them back.
That shouldn't happen, and we're sorry if it did. Send us a photo within 2 days of delivery and we'll replace it on us.
Materials & Care
Every Kinsora piece is stainless steel with a 14k or 18k gold PVD coating. The product page tells you exactly which one for that piece.
PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition. It's a process where gold is bonded to the stainless steel at a molecular level using vacuum and heat, instead of being dipped or painted on like regular gold-plating.
The result is a coating that's roughly 5 to 10 times thicker than standard electroplated jewelry, and it won't flake, peel, or wear off with daily use. The same process is used on luxury watches and surgical tools, where finishes really need to last.
No. The stainless steel + PVD gold combo holds its color and shine way longer than standard gold-plated jewelry. With normal wear you should get years out of it.
A few simple care habits help it last even longer. See the questions below.
We replace it. Free. For life.
Send a photo and your order number to care@kinsora.co and we'll get a new one in the mail. No restocking fee. No return shipping cost. No fine-print exclusions about "normal wear."
The reason we built on PVD is so this never has to happen. But if it does, that's on us, not on you.
Yes. Stainless steel with 14k or 18k PVD gold is waterproof and sweat-proof. Shower in them, work out in them, swim in them. The PVD coating won't tarnish or fade like traditional plated jewelry does.
Wipe your pieces with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to lift any oils. For a deeper clean, a drop of mild dish soap and lukewarm water works. Rinse, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Skip the jewelry cleaners and ultrasonic devices. Those can be too harsh on plated finishes.
Store each piece separately so chains don't tangle and pendants don't scratch each other. A soft pouch, a lined jewelry box, or even a small dish on your dresser all work. Keep them somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.
Yes. Stainless steel is naturally nickel-free, which makes it one of the safer metals for sensitive skin and ears.
Sizing & Fit
Our chains come in 16", 18", and 20", depending on the style:
· Snake Chain — 16"
· Paperclip Chain — 16" or 18"
· Cable Chain — 18"
· Pearl Chain — 20"
Each product page lists the available lengths for that chain.
The easiest way is to use a piece of string: wrap it around your neck at the length you want, then measure the string with a ruler.
Rough guide: 16" sits right at the collarbone, 18" hangs just below, 20" rests at mid-chest. For layering, pick lengths 2" apart so each piece has room to breathe.
Pick a base chain at your favorite length. Add a second piece 2" longer so it sits below the first. Layer in a pendant or charm at the shortest length to pull the eye up. Mixing textures (snake, paperclip, pearl) gives the stack more interest.
The Build Your Stack tool on any product page lets you preview the layering, and you unlock up to 40% off when you bundle 3+ pieces.
Most of our pieces come in fixed lengths, so just pick the one you want from the length dropdown on the product page. The Snake Chain Bracelet is the one exception. It has an adjustable closure so you can dial in the fit.
