You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to decide if it's a keeper. If it isn't, return or exchange it for a full refund or store credit — whichever you'd prefer.

Returns are free

If you're inside the 30-day window, we send you a prepaid label and cover the return shipping. No restocking fees, no fine print.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at care@kinsora.co with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label and walk you through the rest. Want a different size, metal, or piece entirely? We'll swap it within the same 30-day window.

When you'll get your refund

Once we have your return in hand, refunds go back to your original payment in 3 to 5 business days. Sometimes your bank takes another day or two to post the credit.

What's eligible

All unworn pieces within the 30-day window are eligible for a return or exchange. Free gifts you got with your order can stay with you — no need to send them back.

If your piece arrives damaged

That shouldn't happen, and we're sorry if it did. Send us a photo at care@kinsora.co within 2 days of delivery and we'll replace it on us.

Lifetime Tarnish Guarantee

If your Kinsora piece ever tarnishes, we'll replace it. Free. For life. Send a photo and your order number to care@kinsora.co and we'll get a new one in the mail. No restocking fee, no return shipping cost, no fine-print exclusions about "normal wear." The reason we built on PVD is so this never has to happen, but if it does, that's on us, not on you.
